Office summary

This is a modern purpose-built building which houses a range of offices accommodating 2–50. A large open reception area, meeting rooms and canteen are available for clients. We offer both short and long-term flexible lets for a large range of clients ranging from accountants, IT consultants to online gambling firms.

Office location

Situated 6 miles south of Dublin city centre, this centre is close to the M50 orbital motorway allowing quick easy access to Dublin airport and major motorways linking Dublin with Belfast, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford. Dublin’s Light Rail Tram system runs from St Stephens Green to Sandyford in 22 minutes, and is three minutes walk from our centre. An extension of the line to Dun Laoghaire (Cherrywood) one of Dublin’s major ports is due to finish in 2011. This is a high-tech business area, home of many famous IT, software and related companies. Dundrum town centre is less than 10 minutes' drive and nearby is the largest shopping centre in Ireland, with over 130 shops, more than 30 dining venues, from coffee shops to fine dining, three bars, a nightclub, a 12-screen cinema and a 200-seat theatre.
